1. Write the recipient's address on the first line of the envelope. Write neatly and clearly, including the province, city, county, district, street, and house number. If writing to a rural area, also include the township and village. The upper left corner of the envelope has six squares; fill in the recipient's postal code in these squares.

2. Write the recipient's name on the second line of the envelope. Depending on the recipient's status, you can write "Comrade" or "Mr./Ms." after their name. Avoid using titles here; for example, "Grandpa" is inappropriate.

3. Write the sender's address and name on the third line of the envelope. Fill in the sender's postal code in the lower right corner of the envelope. In case of delivery difficulties, the post office can use this information to quickly return the letter to the sender.

4. The area 55mm to 160mm from the right edge and less than 20mm from the bottom edge on the front of the envelope is the barcode printing area. Do not write or sign in this area to avoid affecting delivery.

5. Do not write on the envelope with a pencil to prevent illegibility; never use a red pen, as this is considered impolite.

6. For letters entrusted to someone else for delivery, write "delivered in person" or "please deliver" on the envelope. On the second half of the third line of the envelope, write "Entrusted by ×××" or "Entrusted by ×××".
